On the evening of February 8, 2021, CCTV-1 and CCTV-13 broadcasted a special segment called Thank You for Staying Here, on their program Focus Report. The focus of the segment was on Shunde's efforts to motivate workers from other areas to stay in Shunde for the Chinese New Year. Xinbao was shown as the model company that showed great care for workers who remained in Guangdong for the new year under the anti-COVID-19 policies.
The segment used around three minutes detailing a string of measures that Xinbao has put in place to spur workers to stay in Guangdong for the new year. The measures included distributing gifts and benefits, providing Spring Festival meals, and organizing group activities. These represented the company's care and concern for the workers who celebrated the new year in Guangdong as well as their wellbeing.
